Method to make sweet and sour cumin tablets:-
1. Fry the cumin seeds in the pan until they turn brown.
2. Grind it when it cools down.
3. Add cumin powder, sugar, dry mango powder, and salt in a bowl and mix well.
4. Add a few drops of water to it and bind it like dough.
5. Divide it into equal parts and then shape them into tablets.
6. Spread powdered sugar on a plate and roll these balls around the sugar.
7. Now cover it with paper and keep it in the sun for half an hour.
8. Then keep them in an air-tight container.
